Positions available:

Restaurant Lead

  1. Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume, fast-paced operations, and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  2. Communicate clearly and positively with coworkers and management
  3. Master point-of-service (POS) computer system for automated order taking, and handle currency and credit transactions quickly and accurately
  4. Follow procedures for safe food preparation, assembly, and presentation
  5. Assist management with inventory control and stock ordering
  6. Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager

Lifeguard Lead

  1. Supervise, organize, motivate, schedule and evaluate the staff.
  2. Insure that safety standards, sanitary requirements and regulations are enforced
  3. Purchase inventory, equipment, and supplies within the campgrounds budget
  4. Act as a liaison between the public, staff, and office personnel
  5. Plan and facilitate staff meetings and in-service training
  6. Notify supervisors of disturbances, emergencies and staff performance problems
  7. Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager

Activities Lead

  1. Assess, recruit and maintain adequate staff for various daily, weekly and monthly recreational activities.
  2. Create and distribute weekly schedule listing the times and locations of all planned activities
  3. Organize and implement all planned activities within the campground’s budget.
  4. Coordinate, prepare and purchase within the campground’s budget all food and drink items, equipment, awards, entertainment, and travel arrangements necessary for activities.
  5. Make a concerted effort to draw all guests into the campground activities. Discourage the singling out of individuals and cliques among the people so that no one will feel left out or unwanted.
  6. Encourage friendliness among all the campers and guests. Provide superior guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to their needs.
  7. Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Office/Store Clerks

  1. Follow all company guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations and refunds.
  2. Follow specific cash and credit card handling procedures and property use the computer, cash register, credit card and various other front desk equipment.
  3. Implement daily, weekly and monthly scheduled stocking and cleaning programs instituted by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
  4. Promote the campground to the guests and be knowledgeable of all attractions and interests that would encourage the guest to register for a longer period of time or return to the campground for a future stay.
  5. Provide superior guest service by being enthusiastic, attentive, responsive and helpful to their needs. Acknowledge guests that are waiting by smiling, and telling them you will be with them shortly if you are engaged with another guest or speaking on the telephone. Keep a smile on your face and in your voice.
  6. Discourage guests and/or employees from standing around the registration desk when you are on duty: use time when guests are not in the building to check supplies and straighten shelves and attend to anything else that is deemed to be necessary.
  7. Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Housekeeping Team

  1. Implement the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning programs of specific buildings and facilities as instituted by the Campground Manager, Assistant Manager and/or the Housekeeping Lead.
  2. Submit a list of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies and equipment, etc.) that need to be replenished to an as-needed basis to the Housekeeping Lead.
  3. Report all broken or damaged items within the campground buildings, facilities and premises to the Housekeeping Lead.
  4. Provide guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to their needs. Report all guest problems, requests or complaints to the Housekeeping Lead.
  5. Perform all other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Assistant Manager.

Restaurant Staff

  1. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that customers may have
  2. Take customers’ orders, assemble the orders, and act as cashiers
  3. Replenishing supplies and condiments, and maintaining inventory
  4. Maintain cleanliness in food service areas and throughout the food establishment
  5. Operating cooking equipment or preparing cold dishes and beverages
  6. Perform all other duties assigned by Lead, Manager and/or Assistant Manager
