GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) – Green Bay is the only NFL team required
to disclose its financial information to the public. That’s made
the Packers Exhibit A amid rising tensions between owners and
players over a new collective bargaining agreement. Commissioner
Roger Goodell visited the team’s shareholders meeting yesterday and
said the players union has enough financial information to
understand why owners think the current system doesn’t work.
