GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) – The Green Bay Packers have signed wide
receiver Charles Dillon. The former Washington State wide receiver
and kick returner is a first-year player who spent time in training
camp with Indianapolis in 2008. He spent last season with the
Spokane Shock of the af2 arena league.
