MADISON, Wis. (AP) – Wisconsin has a balancing act to follow headed into Saturday’s regular-season finale against Penn State.  The Badgers will be playing their 12th game in 13 weeks. A week later, they will play in the Big Ten title game against either Nebraska or Michigan, with a trip to the Rose Bowl on the line.        Coach Bret Bielema says his team’s mental and physical fatigue will play a role over the next two weeks and he might ease up on some practice time.        Wisconsin has lost four games by a combined 16 points.
