Lots of games going to deuce and I was really proud of the effort out there,” said Head Coach Derek Felska. Assistant Coach Kyle Czys addded, “When the sun went away, it got a bit frosty out there but our kids played through it and I liked the improvement we saw from some of our younger players. 2nd doubles was very close to earning its first victory and earning wins from JV doubles and 4th singles by some of our new players are a sign of good things to come.” The Golden Eagles next match is against Portage (in Mauston) on Monday.
