Julie Kay Senzig

Julie Kay Senzig, age 65, of Marshfield, Wisconsin formerly of Lyndon Station, Wisconsin, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Serenity Living in Marshfield, WI.

The Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lyndon Station, with Father Clayton Elmhorst celebrating. Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Lyndon Station. Visitation will be held at Conway Picha Funeral Home on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. prior to Mass at the church.

Julie was born October 8, 1953 in Eau Claire, Wisconsin the daughter of Francis and Marjorie (Rogge) Senzig, Sr. She worked for the Marshfield Clinic for many years as a Medical Transcriptionist. She volunteered and was active in many organizations throughout her life. In her younger years, she enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and traveling. She was active in her faith and loved to go on retreats with her mother. She enjoyed doing crafts and giving them as gifts. She loved tending to plants, especially her Christmas Cactus. Julie had a love for dogs, especially her own dog “Trixie” who could actually smile.

Julie is survived by her mother; Marjorie, siblings, Karen, Francis Jr., Jerome (Deanna), Tom (Teri), Marie, Marcy (Don) Krogh, Randy (Joann), Rodney, Darcy (Bruce) Hover, James (Becky), Mary (Gene) Morris, and Ray (Michelle); as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews who she dearly loved, especially her Godson, Griffin and her Godmother, Elene Ryczek. She is preceded in death by her father, Francis, Sr. and nephew, Jacob.

The family would like to extend a Special Thank You to all friends and caregivers in the Marshfield area who provided support and care to Julie.
