Thomas Clay Puckett, age 29 of Cashton died Friday, February 15th at his home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 19th at 11:00 a.m. at New Life Assembly of God Church in Sparta.  Friends may call Monday, February 18th from 4-7 p.m. at Torkelson Funeral Home in Cashton and Tuesday, February 19th from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at the church.
