WINNECONNE, Wis. (AP) – State wildlife officials are looking for public input on whether to expand open-water ducking hunting in lakes Butte des Mort  and Poygan in Winnebago County.
     Residents have asked the Department of Natural Resources to expand open-water hunting on the lakes.
     The agency plans to hold an informational meeting on Friday, Oct. 22, at Fin-n-Feather Showboat in Winneconne. DNR staff will present background information on the proposal and take comments from anyone who attends.
