MADISON, Wis. (AP) – A Democratic Wisconsin senator who fled to Illinois last year to block passage of an anti-union bill says the crowd gathered on the steps of the state Capitol to see President Barack Obama reminds him of the massive protests over the union proposal.   State Sen. Jon Erpenbach invoked memories of the protests as he welcomed tens of thousands of people to the Capitol for the Obama rally on Monday, which also features rocker Bruce Springsteen.   Erpenbach says “We’ve been through so much this past year and a half in Wisconsin. And if it seems like we’ve had election after election, you’re right. But we have one more to go.”   Erpenbach is also known as a big Springsteen fan, having seen him many times in concert.
