Stolen Pumpkin
MERRILL, Wis. (AP) – Police in Merrill are looking for thieves who stole a “Great Pumpkin” from a business. The Lincoln County sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help finding whoever stole a 360-pound pumpkin from Gail’s Place in Merrill. The business owner reported the theft Sunday afternoon and believed it may have happened overnight. The stolen pumpkin is valued at $300.
