MILWAUKEE (AP) – U.S. Rep. Paul Ryan is cashing in on his political clout.  The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (http://bit.ly/19H5mXv ) says new records show the Janesville Republican and former vice-presidential candidate has raised $1.7 million in the first six months of the year.  Ryan has collected nearly three times more than any other member of Wisconsin’s congressional delegation during the period. The records show Ryan draws most of his financial support from individuals, rather than special interest money from political action committees.  Ryan’s campaign manager and finance director, Susan Jacobson, the congressman’s vice-presidential run raised his visibility and helped him deliver his message to millions of Americans.
