Police: No foul play suspected in Wis. death
MILWAUKEE (AP) – Milwaukee authorities say there’s no evidence
of foul play in the death of a Forest County woman whose body was
found on a bike path over the weekend.
Police spokeswoman Anne E. Schwartz says an autopsy Monday found
no indication that physical force or weapons were a factor.
The woman was found Sunday about 6:30 a.m. on the Oak Leaf
Trail. Police identified her as 35-year-old Linda Pemma of Laona in
northeastern Wisconsin.
Schwartz says police are investigating her death as a sudden
death.
Police say Pemma was in town with friends and relatives to
attend a festival. She left the festival grounds Saturday about 6
p.m. and was found on the bike path about 12 hours later.
Police ask that anyone with information contact them.
