Names of victims in Madison stabbings released
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The names of the mother and daughter stabbed to death Friday, and the suspect who Madison police shot to death at the scene, have been released. The Dane County coroner released the names of the three victims on Monday. The dead suspect is 33-year-old Londrell Emone Johnson. One or more Madison police officers shot Johnson upon arriving at an apartment after receiving a 911 call. Johnson died after being transported to the hospital. Police say he stabbed three people, including two fatally. The coroner identified the victims as 57-year-old Robin Rae Grossmann and her daughter, 34-year-old Charity Rae Grossmann. All three of the victims are from Madison. Madison police are investigating the stabbings at the Department of Justice is handling the investigation of police shooting the suspect.
