Milwaukee Deputy Killed
MILWAUKEE (AP) – A memorial service is set for a Milwaukee County sheriff’s deputy who was killed in a crash. The memorial for Deputy Sergio Aleman will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church in Milwaukee. Aleman will be buried in St. Adalbert Cemetery. Law enforcement agencies from across Wisconsin will take part in a procession from the church to the cemetery. A public visitation will be held Monday from 5-9 p.m. at Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home in Franklin.
Aleman was an 18-year veteran of the sheriff’s office. He was killed Tuesday when his vehicle slammed into the rear of a flatbed tow truck. Donations to Aleman’s family can be made at any M&I Bank or Tri City National Bank.
