MILWAUKEE (AP) – A 30-year-old man accused of fatally shooting his wife, a Milwaukee-area police officer, last year is due in court for his final pre-trial hearing.  Benjamin G. Sebena is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the death of 30-year-old Jennifer Sebena. He has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.  He’s due in court Friday. That’s when a judge is expected to rule on the defense’s motion to toss out statements Sebena made to police in the hours and days after his wife’s death.  The defense says detectives should have read Sebena his Miranda rights. Police have said they didn’t do so because they didn’t immediately consider him a suspect.  Jennifer Sebena was an officer with the Wauwatosa Police Department. She was killed Christmas Eve.
