Members of the Wisconsin Legislature return this week to vote on several bills.  The Senate convenesd Tuesday morning at 11:00 A-M and Assembly members return to the Capitol Thursday.  Senators are scheduled to vote on more than two dozen bills, including one which would prevent another backlog of sexual assault evidence kits and another which would streamline the industrial hemp industry.  While they are in Madison, lawmakers will try to pass a bill that would let minors run temporary stands without a permit or license.  Right now, it is actually illegal for them to run a lemonade stand without the proper paperwork in place.
