BALSAM LAKE, Wis. (AP) – A northwestern Wisconsin man is accused of driving drunk and running over a woman in the parking lot of a bar, killing her.  Thirty-five-year-old Michelle Lowe, of Luck, was killed outside Staples Lake bar in the Polk County town of Johnstown last weekend. Twenty-six-year-old Benjamin Biron, of Comstock, is charged with homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.  Sheriff’s authorities say Biron and Ryan Mazurek were involved in a fight at the bar, then got into a car with Biron behind the wheel. Lowe was knocked down by the car and became wedged underneath.   The St. Paul Pioneer Press (http://bit.ly/18MXkJG ) says Mazurek is charged with battery and disorderly conduct.
