A Wisconsin woman’s trouble with the law started when Black River Falls police got a call about an accident involving a pedestrian near the Ho-Chunk Casino.  When the responding officer couldn’t find a victim, he checked surveillance video and determined there had been no accident.  Later the same night, a man called to report Kennesha Funmaker had started a fire while he was away from his home.  While the fire was being put out, police got another call by a woman who said Funmaker was passed out in her living room, even though they didn’t know each other.  Funmaker has a court appearance set for May.
