WILLIAMS BAY, Wis. (AP) – Authorities say one person has died and another one was rescued from a house fire in Williams Bay.  WTMJ (http://bit.ly/11UNHaU ) reports the fire started about 8:30 p.m. Thursday and burned for about 3 1/2 hours. Investigators are searching for the cause of the fire.  The victim has not been identified.
