The Wisconsin Election Commission reports its review has found cases where people voted twice in the same election and where ballots were cast illegally by felons and people who aren’t U-S citizens.  The state commission found two dozen suspected cases of voter fraud.  That’s three-and-a-half times the number of cases in the previous year, but it’s also a small fraction of the two-point-seven-million votes cast in the mid-term elections last November.
