STANLEY, Wis. (AP) – As a western Wisconsin dentist who loved biking is laid to rest, a woman has been arrested on possible charges of driving drunk and killing him.  Dr. Robert Tschabrun (SHAH’-brun) was struck and killed Saturday while riding his bike northwest of Stanley. A passerby discovered the body of the 71-year-old dentist in a ditch along with a nearby abandoned car.  A 27-year-old rural Cadott woman was arrested Thursday, booked into the jail, posted bond and has been released. The Eau Claire Leader-Telegram (http://bit.ly/15H02yl ) says Chippewa County District Attorney Steve Gibbs says he’s asking for a special prosecutor to handle the case because the woman is related to an area law enforcement officer.  A funeral service for Tschabrun will be held at Faith Evangelical Free Church in Stanley Friday afternoon.
