WAUSAU, Wis. (AP) – The Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin says it’s received the single, largest unrestricted gift in its history.   A $1 million donation has been made by the estate of Nils Folke Becker and Jean Becker.   Foundation executive director Jean Tehan tells Wisconsin Public Radio News (http://bit.ly/14iKuTq ) because the gift is unrestricted, it can be spent on a variety of community projects.  The foundation has funded a number of big projects in the Wausau area, including development of a downtown city square, a grandstand at Marathon Park and improvements to the kayak and canoe course in the downtown area.
