A Grand Marsh man has been cited for issuing worthless checks in the City of Mauston.  Police said 32-year old David Whitaker, Junior wrote two checks to J&S Liquor Halloween totalling almost $59.  The checks were returned for non-sufficient funds.  The Mauston business is asking for restitution plus $70 in fees.  Whitaker’s fines totaled $404.40.
