A Mauston woman has been cited for issuing a worthless check.  Police said 73-year old Bonnie Norton wrote a check to Festival Foods for 135-dollars.  The check was returned for non-sufficient funds.  The Mauston business is asking for restitution of 150-dollars which includes a 15-dollar service fee. Norton was fined $202.20.
