A Tomah man is pleading guilty to child neglect in the 2015 death of his infant son.  Thirty-year-old Troy Tralmer faces up to 12-and-a-half years in prison at sentencing December 18th in Monroe County.  He was initially charged with first-degree reckless homicide and child abuse in the death of three-month-old Chad Tralmer.  His defense attorney argued that Tralmer was high and negligent when he dropped the child and he hit his head and started choking.  Chad lost consciousness and died two days later in the hospital.
