A Mauston man was uncooperative when stopped by law enforcement.  The deputy said Thursday night she stopped a mini-van in the City of Mauston for an expired license plate.  The driver was annoyed and agitated and would not identify himself to the deputy.  When a Mauston police officer and state trooper arrived to assist, he became more cooperative.  The man was identified as 29-year old Michael Edwards.  He was cited for obstructing an officer and improper display of license plate tag/decal.  His fines totaled $602.60.
