A Philadelphia truck driver has been cited for littering.  Police said Saturday afternoon 25-year old Dominique Tillman dumped garbage on the ground outside his semi at the BP gas station on Mauston’s east side.  Tillman was fined $240.00.  The business owner told police this has been an ongoing issue with some of the truck drivers and that his business spends a lot of time cleaning the parking lot and adjoining field.
