Tomah woman medflown to UW-Hospital
A Tomah woman was med-flown to a Madison hospital with life threatening injuries Sunday night. The State Patrol said, “about 7:30pm 20-year old Doris Stewart was traveling east on Interstate 39/90 near Poynette in Columbia County when she lost control of the 2000 Mercury Montaineer. The SUV rolled near mile marker 115. Stewart was transported to UW-Hospital in Madison by helicopter. A passenger, Alex Kivimaki of Warrens, was transported to UW-Hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.”
