Tomah man med-lifted to Marshfield hospital
A Tomah man was med-flown to a Marshfield hospital with severe injuries as a result of a three-vehicle accident Monday morning. Monroe County Sheriff Peter Quirin said, “53-year old Dennis Kent was traveling east on Highway 21 in the Town of LaGrange when the 1993 Chevy Sport Van crossed the center line and collided with a 2007 Chevy pickup being driven by 36-year old Michael Rogers of Adams. The Kent van then collided with a second vehicle, a Dodge truck being driven by 20-year old Charles Gregory of Lake Mills. Gregory was uninjured. Kent was med-flown to Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield. A passenger, 13-year old Joshua Kent of Tomah, was initially transported to Tomah Memorial Hospital and later transferred to Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse with non-life threatening injuries. Rogers from Adams was also transported to the Tomah hospital and then transferred to Gundersen in La Crosse with non-life threatening injuries.
