Monroe County Sheriff Pete Quirin said, “about 3pm 19-year old Mackenzie Dunn was stopped on County Road ‘CM’ and Highway 16 waiting to turn left onto Highway 16. Dunn turned left into the path of a 1997 Freightliner dump truck being operated by a Necedah man, 54-year old Kallien Parker.
