Tomah police used pepper spray Friday night to apprehend a suspect barricaded in an empty trailer house.  Sergeant Christopher Weaver said, “About 11pm officers responded to a residence on Cedar Lane for a domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival the suspect, 32-year old Garrett Anderson, had fled on foot and ran into an unoccupied house trailer.  After numerous attempts to engage Anderson in communication, a plan to search for Anderson was developed.  An officer observed movement to the skirting around the bottom of the trailer.  Pepper spray was deployed.  Anderson crawled out and was taken into custody without incident.  Anderson was booked into the Monroe County Jail.”
