A Tomah man was arrested for OWI-4th offense Saturday afternoon.  The State Patrol had received a complaint of an erratic driver on Interstate 90/94.  Trooper made contact with 55-year old Gregory Franz as he pulled into his driveway on Kilbourn Avenue in the City of Tomah.  Following a field sobriety test, Franz was taken to Tomah Memorial Hospital for a legal blood draw and then transported to the Monroe County Jail.
