An Adams man was taken into custody on a failure to appear arrest warrant.  Police said last Friday an officer saw Justin Kobs was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Main Street.  He conducted a traffic stop and arrested Kobs.  A search revealed a pot pipe and three separate containers of synthetic marijuana packaged as potpourri.  The items were taken as evidence.  Kobs was on bond for a disorderly conduct charge.  He also has a prior conviction for possession of THC in 2012.  Charges for possession of synthetic THC, drug paraphernalia, and bail jumping have been referred to the Adams County District Attorney’s Office.
