A Madison woman has been charged in Adams County with possession of synthetic cannabinoid and possession of drug paraphernalia.  The deputy said last month 25-year old Kira Labby was stopped on Highway 21 near Arkdale for erratic driving.  An investigation revealed a woody odor inside the vehicle similar to marijuana, but a lot more robust.  After opening her purse to retrieve her driver’s license, the deputy saw a rather large amount of green leafy vegetable substance loose in her purse. She told the deputy it was Bazzaro K2 and she smoked it instead of marijuana because she felt if was legal.  The deputy then arrested Labby for OWI.  A glass pot pipe was also located in her purse.  Labby was transported to the Moundview Hospital for a blood draw and then transferred to the Adams County Jail.
