A Warrens man has been charged in Juneau County with two counts of misdemeanor theft.  According to the criminal complaint, last year 31-year old Roger Otto, Junior allegedly sold two pieces of farm equipment reported stolen from a property owner in the Town of Lemonwier to Mathey’s Salvage near Mauston.  Otto received a total of $752.40 for the stolen items.  He is summoned to appear in court on February 20th, 2013.
