A Friendship man has been charged with operating motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.  The deputy said in September 2012 29-year old Isaac Salinas had allegedly stolen a minivan parked in the Village of Friendship.  The vehicle was recovered in a field along 10th Avenue near County Road ‘I’ in Adams County.  During a court hearing, bail was set at a $1000 cash bond and Salinas cannot leave the State of Wisconsin.
