A 30-year old New Lisbon man was arrested for OWI as a result of a snowmobile accident last weekend. The deputy said Saturday morning, December 22nd, 2012, about 1:20am the man was operating his 1995 Arctic Cat snowmobile near County Road ‘A’ and Highway 58 in the Town of Germantown when he drove into some small trees causing the windshield to break. He was uninjured. Following performing field sobriety tests, the operator was arrested for OWI-1st offense and for ‘operating snowmobile with an alcohol concentration at or above .08%. His fines totaled $1283.
