A Mauston woman was cited for shoplifting from Festival Foods.  Police said last week 34-year old Barbara Morrow was a party to concealing items valued at almost 14-dollars.  In addition to retail theft, Morrow was also cited for non-registration of auto, operating after suspension-4th offense, and displaying unauthorized registration plate.  Her fines totaled $657.60.
