A New Lisbon man was charged last week with crimes that allegedly occurred 16 and 18-years ago when the accused was 17 and 19-years old.  According to the criminal complaint, in 1996 and 1994 now 35-year old Jesse Day allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with a minor girl.  Jesse’s father, 60-year old James Day, is also accused of inappropriate sexual contact with a minor girl during the summer of 1998.  Both men are summoned to appear in court on February 6th, 2013.
