A New Lisbon man was arrested on Thursday for disorderly conduct, battery, and bail jumping. According to the criminal complaint, 35-year-old Henry Williams allegedly grabbed the victim by her throat and ripped her sweatshirt during a verbal altercation at a residence on Orange Road. In the complaint, Williams denied choking the victim and ripping her shirt. During a court hearing on Friday, bail was set at a $1000 signature bond and Williams is to maintain absolute sobriety at all times and have no contact with the victim.
