A Necedah man was sentenced to time served and placed on two-years’ probation even though the victim’s father told the court before sentencing that he didn’t agree with the plea agreement.  Juneau County Judge Paul Curran accepted the joint recommendation and 18-year old Christopher Kujawa plead guilty to two lesser charges of 4th degree sexual assault of a minor.  The other 5 felony charges were dismissed.  He was sentenced to 144-days already served in the Juneau County Jail and placed on two-years’ probation.  Judge Curran also revoked a previous deferred judgment on a disorderly conduct conviction and placed Kujawa on two-years’ probation.  Kujawa must also pay almost $220.00 in restitution and almost $800 in fines and court costs.  Kujawa was sexually active with a minor and then blackmailed her with threatening to post naked photos on Facebook.
