Should Juneau County consider issuing 65-million dollars in revenue bonds to fund a frac sand mine in the Town of Orange?  The County Board will consider whether to move forward with the request from Shadowland Holdings Tuesday morning at its monthly meeting.  Juneau County Corporate Counsel David Lasker says, “The County taxpayers will not be liable for the 65-million.  A government entity has to be the issuer of the industrial revenue bonds, that’s the reason the sand mine company has asked us to do it.”
