A Wisconsin Rapids man, 31-year old Matthew L. Fosnot, was wanted by the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department Thursday morning.  Authorities were looking for a grey colored Toyota pickup.  Wood County dispatch said as of approximately 2:30pm Thursday afternoon Fosnot had turned himself into law enforcement in Tomah.
