An Adams man was arrested for possession of THC with intent to delivery.  Police said earlier this month 32-year old Nathan Meyer was stopped in the City of Adams for equipment and registration violations.  The officer could smell marijuana.  Meyer told the officer he had smoked about 45-minutes prior to being stopped but did not feel he was impaired.  An ounce of marijuana was found in the console of the vehicle.  After performing Field Sobriety Tests, Meyer was arrested for OWI-1st offense.  He was transported to Moundview Memorial Hospital for a blood draw and then transferred to the Adams County Jail.  A records check showed Meyer was wanted by the State of Florida for a non-extraditable felony warrant for the sale of marijuana.
