Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Bail Jumping Charges for Lyndon Station Man
A Lyndon Station man has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. According the criminal complaint, 19-year-old Kyle Hall was found unconscious on County Road N in the Town of Lyndon with a blue and silver pipe with burnt residue in the bowl in his hand. When Hall regain consciousness, the officer asked about the pipe, and Hall admitted that it was his property. Hall was arrested and transported to the Juneau County Jail. The officer found out that Hall was out on bail and charged him with bail jumping. During a hearing, bail was set at a $1000 signature bond and Hall is to maintain absolute sobriety at all times.
