Plea Hearing Scheduled for Black River Falls Man
A plea hearing has been set for a Black River Falls man. Jamie Jelinek, formerly of Elroy, appeared in court on Monday, December 9 with his attorney before Judge John Roemer. Clifford Burdon appeared for the state of Wisconsin. Jelinek has been charged with being a party to a burglary, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, and criminal damage to property.
