A Warrens man was struck while walking his dog Saturday.  Monroe County Sheriff Peter Quirin said, “29-year old Gary Lund was walking his dog on Aspen Road By Arctic Avenue in the Town of Lincoln when he was struck by a west bound vehicle being driven by a rural Sparta teenager, 17-year old Charles Frost.  Frost ran to a nearby house and called for help.  Lund was transported by personal vehicle to Black River Memorial Hospital for treatment.”
