OWI while boating
A Reeseville woman was cited for operating a motor boat while under the influence of an intoxicant-1st offense and with an alcohol concentration at or above .08%. The deputy said Sunday evening 27-year old Amy Stieglitz was operating a 16-foot Smokercraft on the Upper Dells of the Wisconsin River east of RiverBay Campground. As she exited the boat at the Lyndon boat launch, the deputy noticed her stumble. Her speech was slurred and he could smell the odor of intoxicants. A Preliminary Breath Test showed .14% . She was arrested and transported to the Juneau County Jail. Her fines totaled $905.
