A Necedah man was arrested for his 6th OWI-offense.  The State Patrol said Friday afternoon 53-year old Robert Bishop was taken into custody as a result of a traffic stop on Highway 21 in Juneau County.  Bishop was also tentatively charged with felony bail jumping.
