An Adams woman has been referred to the District Attorney’s Office for OWI-3rd offense.  The officer said earlier this month he responded to the County Market parking lot in the City of Adams for a report of an accident.  Investigation revealed the Cadillac Deville 56-year old Jane Weber was driving was parked against the bumper of a Ford Escape.  The officer backed the Cadillac.  There was a rub mark on the bumper of the SUV but no damage and the Cadillac did not appear to be damaged.  Weber appeared intoxicated.  She told the officer she had driven to County Market to get more vodka.  Weber needed a walker and could not perform Field Sobriety Tests and the officer’s breathalyzer was malfunctioning.   Weber agreed to a blood draw at the ER.  The results of the blood draw from the state crime lab revealed .364%.
